Delete your SOUK-SCAN account

Applies to the SOUK-SCAN app (com.soukscan.app)

Delete it yourself, in the app (fastest)

1. Open SOUK-SCAN and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

In-app deletion is immediate. When you confirm, your account and its data are deleted right away, and the app signs you out only after the deletion has been confirmed as complete. If anything goes wrong you will see an error instead, and your account will still exist — you can try again. Deletion cannot be undone.

Can't open the app? Request deletion by email

Email bartfre2@gmail.com from the address you registered with, with the subject “SOUK-SCAN account deletion request”. If you signed in with Google, write from your Google account’s address. To protect your account we only act on requests that come from the registered address, and we may reply to confirm it is really you.

Timeframe: we complete a valid request within 30 calendar days of receiving it, and sooner whenever we can. This is SOUK-SCAN’s own commitment for requests sent by email. We will reply once your account has been deleted.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details (email address, Google link, password).
• Every price you submitted.
• Any feedback you sent through the app.

Prices you submitted are removed from the public averages as well; the averages are recalculated from the remaining reports. Other users only ever saw aggregated figures, never your individual submissions.

What may remain

• Technical logs or backups held by our hosting provider (Supabase), if any, are governed by that provider’s own retention policies, which we do not control.
