By using SOUK-SCAN ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What SOUK-SCAN is
SOUK-SCAN shows estimated food prices by region, based on prices reported by its users. These are community estimates, not official, fixed, or guaranteed prices. Actual prices at any given stall or market can and will vary by quality, exact location, timing, and other factors — see our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.
No guarantee of accuracy
Price estimates are provided "as is," for general reference only. SOUK-SCAN makes no guarantee that any shown price is accurate, current, or achievable, and isn't responsible for purchasing decisions made based on it.
Your account and submissions
- You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- Report prices honestly, based on what you actually observed. Don't submit false, misleading, or automated/bulk data.
- One price submission per product per day, correctable the same day.
- We may remove submissions or suspend accounts that we reasonably believe are abusive, fraudulent, or spam.
Acceptable use
Don't use SOUK-SCAN to harass others, scrape or resell the app's data at scale, attempt to access other users' accounts or private data, or interfere with the app's normal operation.
Changes
SOUK-SCAN is under active development. We may update the app or these terms as it evolves; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
